Where we deliver

We deliver to the cities and PIN codes listed as serviceable on our website. Enter your PIN code on any product page or at checkout to check delivery to your address. If we do not deliver to your PIN code yet, you will be told before you place the order.

Delivery charges and time

Delivery charges, if any, are shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates; weather, festivals and local conditions can sometimes cause a short delay. We will keep you informed by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Packaging

Plants are watered, their soil is secured and they are packed upright in ventilated boxes so they travel safely.

At the time of delivery

Please check your plants when they are handed over. If anything is damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours (see our Replacement & Refunds policy).
